Frequently asked questions
How do I sign in?
bottlist uses your mobile phone number. When you enter it, we text you a one-time passcode (OTP) to verify. Enter that code to access your account.
I didn't receive my verification code.
Codes are delivered by SMS and can take a moment to arrive. Confirm your phone number is entered correctly, check your signal, and request a new code. Codes expire 10 minutes after they're sent. If it still doesn't arrive, email moc.tsilttob@olleh.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription (bottlist Pro)?
bottlist Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through Apple. Manage or cancel it any time from your Apple ID: open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → bottlist. Cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date stops the next charge.
How do I restore a purchase?
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open bottlist and use Restore Purchases on the upgrade/paywall screen to recover an active subscription tied to your Apple ID.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account any time from the Settings screen inside the app. Your personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Note: an active bottlist Pro subscription is managed by Apple and must be cancelled separately in your Apple ID settings.
How does the AI recipe feature work?
bottlist uses AI to suggest cocktail recipes based on your inventory. Suggestions are for informational and entertainment purposes — always use your own judgment when preparing and consuming cocktails.
